ABOUT ME

Jake Mann started joking around at a very early age. He began his illustrious career of acting and sketch comedy in middle school, when his parents forced him to audition for Anne of Green Gables, at Saint Ann’s School in Brooklyn, New York.

SINce graduating Emerson College with a BFA acting degree, Jake moved back TO Brooklyn, NY, where he’s written, produced, directed and performed sketch comedy at The Upright Citizen’s Brigade, The People’s Improv Theater, and sketch festivals all over the country with his wonderfully talented friends in their comedy group, Dinner for One.  Their Videos have been featured on funny or die and the guardian. Jake also appears in plays and films without his friends, and has worked for companies like: Sudafed, Remax, Denny’s, Captain Morgan, an undisclosed IBS medication and has voiced characters and performed motion capture in the popular video game, Red Dead Redemption II. \

Jake is currently shooting historical reenactments for documentary feature film and recording voiceover commercials for PRIAXOR FUNGICIDE and CIALIS. He is also performing live again! In sold out shows at the new hit comedy venue, The Asylum NYC.
